Time to
do something
about it
In 2024 I was given a stage 4 cancer diagnosis. It changed everything — not just about how I train, but how I think about health altogether. I threw myself into research on what genuinely keeps the body strong and resilient long term. What I found was both eye-opening and, honestly, preventable for most people. Our lifestyle and the food environment around us are quietly working against us — and most of us don't realise it until something forces us to look.
That's where you come in. You don't need a diagnosis to start taking this seriously. What you need is training that's varied and engaging enough that you actually stick to it, and a better understanding of what you're eating and why it matters. Build lean muscle — it's one of the most powerful things you can do for your long term health. Cut the hidden sugars in everyday convenience food that drain your energy and make weight loss so much harder than it needs to be. Show up consistently, and the results follow naturally.
I bring the lived experience of someone who has had to make these changes for real — and the proof that they work. But this isn't about my story. It's about yours. What could the next ten years look like if you started now?
